Flat Iron Cafe Is Going International!
For one night only, Flat Iron Cafe is bringing a little bit of India and Nepal to Middleboro Center! We are bringing in Chef Umesh for a night of curry, chicken, lamb and much more! Some of the items that Chef Umesh is planning for Thursday, December 10th include:
Matar Pulao (also known as Peas Pulao)
Palak Paneer
Aloo Gobhi (Potato and Cauliflower)
Murgh Tikka Masala (Chicken)
Murgh Masala Curry (Chicken curry)
Gosht Curry (Lamb)
Mixed Vegetables (Lentils and other veggies)
Bhindi Masala (Ladyfingers)
Seviya Kheer (Semolina Pudding)
Nepal is known as the home of Mount Everest but it is also known for its phenomenal food! Chef Umesh is going to be cooking up a storm all day on Thursday, December 10th so that everyone in Middleborough, Massachusetts can have a little taste of Nepal in their own backyard!
